CoQ10 is what we at Fab For Life Naturals consider an essential supplement for fertility and pregnancy. There are many different reasons CoQ10 can be deemed beneficial. It is an extremely potent antioxidant, meaning that it can help to protect the body against free radicals, which are molecules that can cause damage to your organs. It helps decrease inflammation, which is extremely important for pregnancy considering inflammation is linked to preterm birth and miscarriage risk.

For females, COQ10 can also be extremely beneficial considering research shows that COQ10 can help to improve and preserve egg quality as women age.
